ROGER TADAJEWSKI
NC3 Executive Director

Roger Tadajewski has dedicated his professional life to the advancement of education and workforce development in the transportation, aerospace, and manufacturing industries. Currently Tadajewski is the Executive Director of NC3-National Coalition of Certification Centers, and business owner of The Business Educational Partnerships Group. These international organizations target the advancement of standardized certifications developed in partnership with industry and educational leaders in the transportation, aviation, and energy sectors.Tadajewski received his degree in business at Pepperdine University, The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management in 1995. He continued on to develop the most comprehensive automotive educational youth program in America – Automotive Youth Educations Systems (AYES). AYES is a partnership between participating automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and select secondary automotive programs. Designed to encourage young people to consider careers in retail automotive service, and prepare them for entry level career positions or advanced studies in automotive technology. Today, AYES is located in 45 states with 341 schools offering AYES programs.

Tadajewski currently serves as a board member for the National Occupational Competency Testing Institute, Skills USA, and NC3 National Coalition of Certification Centers. Tadajewski currently resides in Edmond, Oklahoma.


DAN RAMIREZ
Director of Strategic Marketing and Development

Dan Ramirez joined the National Coalition of Certification Centers, NC3, in early 2012 as Director of Strategic Marketing and Development. Mr. Ramirez has served in various marketing, business development, and engineering capacities and enjoys a rich background in the transportation, aerospace / aviation, and energy industries. Most recently Mr. Ramirez served as a director of innovation at Snap-on, Inc. Prior to Snap-on, he performed as both director of marketing and director of business development at Mitchell1, a leading technical information company for the transportation industry and in various manufacturing engineering roles within the aerospace industry. Mr. Ramirez holds a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in International Marketing from the University of San Diego.
