Mike Cadieux
This month’s Staff Spotlight features Mike Cadieux. Mike is NC3’s Program Manager for Kubota, which offers 8 certifications on 3 core pieces of equipment that give students a foundation to become a Kubota Technician in the workforce.
During this month’s staff spotlight interview with Mike, he was excited to share that while Kubota currently offers 8 certifications, there are more coming soon! The NC3 and Kubota teams are working on the KXO 57 certifications, which will focus on the Kubota Excavator, so keep your eyes peeled for more information about the launch of these certifications soon!

Check out our Q&A session below to learn more about Mike, his proudest moment at NC3, what he likes to do on his days off, and more!
What is your proudest moment at NC3?
I would have to say that my proudest moment yet is setting up my first Train-the-Trainer certification and not having any major problems.
What have you gained from working at NC3?
Freedom. Also a new understanding for the education system and ways to help! It’s great to be helping people.
What do you like to do on your days off?
Road trips! I love to go on road trips and see new places. Fishing, camping, exploring the outdoors, or just hanging out with my pups at home!
What is a superpower you wish you had?
To fly; gas prices are insane! I love to travel and see new places, and it would be the ideal to just randomly be able to just fly wherever I’d like whenever I like!
What are some fun elements of working with NC3 that you only learned about after you started working here?
The team building activities that are done while putting on the training events, like golf and such. I also really enjoy the holiday event Zoom activities.
What does true leadership mean to you?
I think that true leadership is helping the people, not demanding results. A true leader is motivating and inspiring. A true leader works with people.
