NC3 Recognizes Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Chattanooga as an NC3 & Festo Center of Excellence

Chattanooga, TN (May 13, 2024) – Tennessee College of Applied Technology at Chattanooga (TCAT Chattanooga) has achieved prestigious recognition from the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) and Festo Didactic as an NC3 and Festo Center of Excellence in the Advanced Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 sector.

NC3 Centers of Excellence are esteemed institutions that not only lead and innovate in technical training but also drive the future of career and technical education and workforce development. With this designation, TCAT Chattanooga is acknowledged as one of NC3’s newest Advanced Manufacturing Centers of Excellence.

Renowned for its role in the development of the NC3/Festo comprehensive certification program, TCAT Chattanooga has been instrumental in shaping the certification landscape nationally. Through a shared vision of fostering robust partnerships between education and industry to meet the demand for skilled technicians, TCAT Chattanooga’s program has become a benchmark for schools nationwide.
