Honoring those making an impact in CTE and the NC3 network

At the 2024 Annual Leadership Summit, the National Coalition of Certification Centers (NC3) was honored to recognize eight individuals who are shining examples of NC3’s network of industry leaders and educators committed to career and technical education and the growth of our workforce. This year’s award winners were announced during the second day of the conference on July 25, 2024.

• The NC3 Founders Award is presented to individuals in the NC3 Network who not only helped NC3 build deep industry-educational partnerships, but who also helped develop, implement, and sustain NC3’s industry-recognized portable certifications, which are built on national skills standards.
• The NC3 Leadership Award is presented to individuals who helped shape the trajectory of NC3, and embody what it means to be an inspiring leader in CTE.
• The NC3 Instructor of the Year Award is presented to individuals who have exemplified outstanding commitment to CTE and their students’ success through the NC3 program. New this year, NC3 recognized THREE amazing instructors within NC3’s Lincoln Electric, Festo and Tormach programs for their amazing dedication and skills.
