A Milestone for Workforce Development and New Partnerships

NC3 is proud to celebrate the launch of NC3’s very first Leadership School in Jamaica! In collaboration with Lincoln Electric and FESTO, our team visited the HEART/NSTA Trust campuses to explore their cutting-edge training facilities.

The campus features state-of-the-art labs in Electronics, Mechatronics, Autonomous Mobile Robotics, Drones, and Optoelectronics, providing students with industry-aligned training designed to build a future-ready workforce. These labs are equipped with tools and certification kits from key NC3 industry partners, ensuring students gain hands-on experience with the latest technology.

Our visit underscored the global reach of NC3’s mission to integrate industry-recognized certifications into technical programs and empower students with career-defining skills.
