The Certification That Made History: Gabriella Perkins and NC3’s One Millionth Moment
January 26, 2026
As NC3 continues to grow, so does our team—and this year we’re excited to share how three familiar faces are stepping into new roles to help expand our impact, strengthen our storytelling, and support our network in new ways.

Hannah Peltier
Marketing & Communications and Executive Initiatives Manager
Hannah has been a part of the NC3 organization for nine years, beginning her career as an Executive Project Manager, where she partnered closely with leadership to support key strategic planning efforts, Board of Directors initiatives, and cross-functional projects that helped position NC3 for long-term success.
In 2019, she expanded her role to include Membership Manager, where she led NC3 National Signing Day and the Annual Leadership Summit, while strengthening onboarding and support for NC3 Leadership and NC3Start schools and expanding member benefits and resources across the network.
Now, Hannah is beginning an exciting new chapter at NC3 as Marketing & Communications and Executive Initiatives Manager, where she will lead the Marketing and Communications division. In this role, Hannah will continue to drive NC3’s strategic initiatives while working closely with NC3’s Executive Director, Director of Development, and Director of Operations. She will also focus on growing NC3’s voice and amplifying its mission across institutions and organizations around the globe.
“I have seen NC3 evolve over the last decade, and I am very excited for this new opportunity to bring NC3’s stories to light—connecting with our NC3 schools, highlighting student successes, and telling the story of how NC3 credentials are making an impact in communities across the globe.“
Your story matters—and we’d love to help share it. Connect with Hannah or Zuri to be featured in an upcoming NC3 storytelling campaign. Reach out to Hannah at hannah.peltier@nc3.net

Zuri Vazquez
Marketing & Communications and Event Coordinator
Zuri began her NC3 journey as an intern, supporting our ever-growing professional development events. After graduating, she immediately joined the team full-time, working alongside Haley Lechner on the events and training team.
Over the last six years, Zuri has supported thousands of instructors and attended countless train-the-trainer events. When NC3 launched Virtual Train-the-Trainer sessions, Zuri stepped into a leadership role—coordinating logistics and communications to ensure instructors could successfully engage and earn certifications virtually.
If you’ve been certified through NC3 in the last six years, there’s a good chance you’ve worked with Zuri.
In addition to her training role, Zuri has also served as Program Manager for NC3 STEM programs, collaborating with industry partners on curriculum development, school participation, and student certifications.
As NC3 continues to expand its programs, partnerships, and national reach, the need for dedicated storytelling and coordinated communications has never been greater. To support this growth, Zuri is stepping into a new role as Marketing & Communications Coordinator, where she will help elevate NC3’s voice, highlight instructor and student success stories, and support strategic marketing initiatives across the network—while continuing her outstanding work as Event Coordinator.
“Having grown with NC3 over the past six years, from intern to program manager and virtual training coordinator, I’m excited to step into this next chapter in a marketing role. I look forward to combining my firsthand understanding of our programs with creative storytelling to amplify our mission, highlight our members, and expand the reach of the NC3 network.”

Elizabeth Newcomer
Membership Manager
Elizabeth joined NC3 three years ago as Membership Coordinator, quickly becoming an integral part of the Membership department. With the rapid growth of the NC3 network, Elizabeth has played a key role in supporting schools as they onboard into Leadership and NC3Start memberships.
She has also been a vital contributor to major NC3 initiatives, including NC3 National Signing Day and the NC3 Annual Leadership Summit. In 2025, Elizabeth helped launch several new programs, including the NC3 Regional Benchmarking Tours and this year’s NC3 Leadership Bootcamps.
NC3 is proud to recognize Elizabeth as Membership Manager, where she will help lead the network into a new era of resources, engagement, and support. She will continue to serve as a trusted point of contact for institutions navigating membership questions, renewals, and program expansion.
For schools that are new to NC3—or considering joining—Elizabeth will be your primary connection, working closely with you to strengthen engagement across the network. She will do so by building clear communication processes, streamlining onboarding resources, and advocating for schools as they explore new certifications, programs, and partnerships through NC3.
“Having supported the NC3 membership network behind the scenes for several years, I’m excited to now work more directly with our member schools. I’m especially looking forward to strengthening connections across the coalition and helping institutions maximize the value of their NC3 membership to better serve students and industry partners.”
