Nominate an “Instructor of the Year”

Do you know an instructor who is issuing certifications within NC3’s Lincoln Electric, Festo, Snap-on, Starrett, Kubota, or Tormach programs and showcasing exceptional commitment to the advancement of CTE? If so, nominate them for the NC3 ‘Instructor of the Year’ award for the 2025-2026 school year!

This award is designed to honor instructors who have demonstrated unwavering dedication to a CTE program over the past academic year (August 2025 – May 2026).

We encourage nominations for instructors who have shown exceptional commitment to the following NC3 industry partner programs throughout the academic year:

• Lincoln Electric

• Festo

• Snap-on

• Starrett

• Kubota

• Tormach

If selected, anticipated participation may include the following:

• Complimentary trip to the 2026 NC3 Leadership Summit (July 21 – 23 in Kenosha, WI)

• Honored with a commemorative award at the Leadership Summit

• National social media exposure on various platforms & press releases

• An industry-specific technology asset/kit
