Transformations Starts with Education

Train-the-Trainer events are hands-on professional development opportunities for community/technical college and high school instructors. Hosted at NC3 certified Leadership (Member) Schools and lead by expert Master Instructors, these 2-5 day events offer a classroom experience for instructors to learn and become experts in the newest certifications, allowing them to bring their transformed knowledge back to their classrooms.

Instructors are required to complete a Train-the-Trainer event before their schools are activated and able to issue certifications to their students. There is a cost to buying equipment and sending instructors to training, but with the NC3 model there are no additional costs moving forward and no fee of any kind for certifying students – ever.

  • NC3 provides the basis of certifications, curriculum, and training. Employers are going to look at these student certifications and are going to say, "this is someone that is versed in skills that I need and actually bringing a product to market."

  • It's valuable for me to train other teachers and to be taught myself for continuous improvement as an educator. You need to learn and adapt to what is happening today and not what happened yesterday.
